I am going to be taking a 4th cycle of clomid, starting tomorrow--on Day 3 of my cycle. My question is---am I regularly ovulating now that I'm on this medicine, and when would be the best times for my husband and I to have intercourse to conceive?

Most women on Clomid ovulate around day 14 to day 17 of their cycle. Intercourse should occur every two to three days starting four days prior to the earliest ovulation and continue until one or two days after the latest ovulation day. ie: if ovulation is day 15, intercourse should be from day 11 to day 17. If there is uncertainty about the day of ovulation on Clomid, an ovulation predictor kit purchased at any pharmacy will help narrow down an individual woman's ovulation day. Testing for ovulation on one or two consecutive cycles will help the couple know when their most likely time to conceive is.
