Can high risk HPV (no treatment needed) interfere with IVF treatment? I am 32 years old and received normal results on my Pap smear.

The presence of high risk HPV does not interfere with the ability to conceive. If there is any abnormality on the Pap smear, that should be addressed, but if the Pap is normal and the virus is present (but dormant) you should be able to conceive as well as someone without HPV. Moreover, the presence of dormant HPV does not adversely affect the fetus nor play a role in the method of delivery (ie C/section vs. Normal vaginal delivery).
